They asked friends and local contacts about their experiences and many had similar problems. Seeing an opportunity to fill the gap in property condition checking, they established a network and built software specifically to provide an honest assessment of a property. Helping buyers, renters and property managers make more informed decisions about purchases, rentals or ongoing maintenance.
